Vintage circa 1940s retro era silver metal and green rhinestone ribbon brooch.

Good condition with typical signs of age and wear including some dark patina in certain areas of the metal. There is a loop on one corner that may have been held another component or possible a safety chain.

Exact metal unknown. It is not magnetic but did not test as silver.
